The AMPERE 2025 Conference is coming soon, it will take place from 15th to 18th September in Bari, Italy, just a few kilometers from our premises!
Until now there are already more than 200 subscribed attendees from worldwide, so it promises to be a very interesting event. Let us just underline a couple of topics of very high interest at this remarkable conference.
One is the Industry Day, which will take place on Wednesday 17th and will be a single session, with no other concurrent ones. This is because there will be real industrial end users talking about their experience with microwaves in real processes, a very rare opportunity in microwave-related conferences. The session will be rich in talks and will also include a round table for overall discussion and interaction with the audience.
The second is the new AMPERE Medical Application session, dedicated to Nevio Tosoratti, a pioneering scientist in the field of microwaves dedicated to clinical applications, who recently passed away. The session will include 16 talks about the most interesting clinical applications of microwaves and radiofrequency, with an explanation of real cases collected worldwide. A talk from LEANFA (SOLID-STATE MICROWAVE GENERATORS FOR ADVANCED TISSUES ABLATION) will be included in this new session.
